Processing Time

As all Selfawear products are made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch — $9.95
Free Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch — FREE on orders over $100

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations via Australia Post and Aramex.

New Zealand: 5–12 business days — Calculated at checkout
USA / Canada: 8–18 business days — Calculated at checkout
UK / Europe: 8–20 business days — Calculated at checkout
Rest of World: 10–25 business days — Calculated at checkout

International delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 7 business days, please contact us at support@selfawear.com.au and we’ll look into it for you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@selfawear.com.au within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
