Our 'I Am Enough' ring is made with certified 925 sterling silver and is an open-banded design. This means the size is adjustable and can fit on any finger!

When adjusting ring size gently open/close ring to fit desired size. Our rings are made to be adjusted and can bend into the perfect size with gentle force. Gently adjust to avoid any stress cracks.

Selfawear's rings are durable and high in quality. However, it is important to treat it with a little extra care to keep it looking good as time goes on. Selfawear jewelry should be removed when bathing or applying lotions and perfumes to ensure a long-lasting shine.

To clean, wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid frequent contact with strong chemicals, such as detergent, bleach, perfume, etc. Store in a jewelry box or soft cloth.

Lovely ring!

I am not ok but THAT IS OK!

This ring has brought me hope in one of my darkest moments. Instead of ending my life I brought this ring and I won't say I changed overnight but when those dark thoughts came I had something on my finger to remind myself that I AM ENOUGH, I don't need to change myself, I am not ok but THAT IS OK! It has hardly left my finger since. A big thankyou to selfawear - you are giving others courage to keep fighting.

Perfect ring!

I love this ring so much that I never take it off. I wear it to remind me that I’m stronger than I think and I look at the words written on it when I’m struggling with myself. The quality is fantastic, would highly recommend.
