At Selfawear, we’re proud to offer unique, made-to-order products that are printed just for you. However, this customisation takes time, especially during the holiday rush.

Our team works hard to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are unable to guarantee delivery of parcels ordered after the 12th of December.

AusPost endeavours to deliver all parcels as quickly as possible. Most parcels arrive within these estimated timeframes to the following metro areas.

1. What happens if I miss the cut-off date?
If you place an order after the recommended cut-off, we’ll still work as quickly as possible to get your parcel on the way. However, we can’t guarantee Christmas delivery once the cut-off has passed.
Our team will continue dispatching orders daily, but delivery times will depend on our carrier’s network during the busy period.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, so you can follow your package’s journey.
3. Are there delays due to the holiday rush?
We partner with reliable courier services, but delays can occur due to the high volume of packages during this time. Ordering early is the best way to avoid any disappointments.
