A conversation could change a life.

Research on mental health recovery shows that what inspires recovery, is having your support crew there – whether that’s one person or a few people. It is important to keep an eye out for our friends, family members, and workmates that we see regularly – and notice if they’re not acting like themselves.

    Great shirts

True to size - perhaps slightly on the small side. I am usually a size 8-10 and I ordered a size M - this was perfect for me as I wanted it a slightly oversize. Great quality, prompt and friendly customer service, and of course, a great message! I'm very happy with this shirt.

it took a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait - so much so i've just ordered myself 3 more shirts!

    Great Cause

I usually always donate to charities, and not that I ever expect anything back, but its pretty cool to have something in return that can help further spread awareness. Love it!
